Job Summary:

Under the general direction of the Director, Patient Recruitment and/or Director, Patient Experience, the Analyst, Patient Recruitment will provide essential support functions to various aspects of the Patient Experience and Recruitment team. These functions include but are not limited to, creating advertisement materials and pre-screens, making regulatory submissions of patient recruitment materials, managing incoming patient communications, planning outreach events, and supporting the Participant Advisory Committee.

Responsibilities

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Work with Patent Experience and Recruitment Project Leads (PERPLs) to create ad materials for submission and review by study sponsor and IRB.
  • Initiate ad campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing team.
  • Review and demonstrate a deep understanding of protocol inclusion/exclusion.
  • Create and maintain updated prescreen forms and narratives in plain language for use in Clinical Conductor and VISION Recruit.
  • Contribute to the testing and verification of VISION Recruit prescreens, ensuring their accuracy and timely deployment. Demonstrate knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and FDA regulations
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Velocity Policies and Procedures
  • Communicate status updates regularly to leadership, PER (Patient Experience and Recruitment) Partner, and PERPL.
  • Communicate professionally and in a timely manner with sponsors, IRB, and participants.
  • Manages community outreach events including logistics, set up, and materials.
  • Monitors patient feedback channels including social media pages and website webform, resolves concerns, and escalates any issues as needed.
  • Submits recruitment materials to IRB for review and monitors regularly for approvals. Communicates approvals to the relevant parties and escalates issues to sponsor and/or IRB in a timely fashion.
  • Attending project meetings as needed.
  • Maintain proficiency in Clinical Conductor
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong time management skills to complete all deliverables within required timelines
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to details
  • Computer proficiency
  • Ability to manage and prioritize numerous tasks and projects.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Regular and punctual attendance
  • 2+ years previous experience in clinical research, recruitment, or healthcare administration; or advanced healthcare degreee or certification.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and understanding of basic medical conditions.
  • Bilingual highly preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
