We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our TA team. In this role, you will play a critical part in attracting and hiring top talent across all functions within Velocity's global clinical research site management organization. You will partner with hiring managers, drive innovative sourcing strategies, and deliver an excellent candidate experience while ensuring compliance in a regulated environment.

 

What You Will Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical, operational, and corporate positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and craft targeted strategies.
  • Proactively source top talent using industry networks, professional platforms, and outreach campaigns.
  • Guide managers through the hiring process, from job descriptions to interviews and offers.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to optimize hiring performance.
  • Represent the organization in talent markets to strengthen Velocity's brand.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in clinical research, healthcare, or life sciences.
  • Track record of successfully filling specialized roles.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools, ATS systems, and recruitment analytics.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Job Summary:


The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for
a clinical research site management organization. This role partners with business leaders and hiring
managers to identify staffing needs, source high-quality candidates, and deliver a positive candidate
and hiring manager experience. The position requires strong knowledge of clinical research staffing
needs, recruitment strategies, and compliance within a regulated environment.

 

Responsibilities

Duties/Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to define talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Source passive candidates through networking, professional associations, social platforms, and industry-specific channels.
Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and timely updates.
Provide guidance to hiring managers on job descriptions, interviewing techniques, and selection processes.
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, diversity pipeline) and provide regular reports.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the clinical research sector.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, sourcing strategies, and ATS platforms.
Demonstrated success hiring for specialized and hard-to-fill roles.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of employment law and compliance practices.
Results-oriented with a focus on quality and speed.
Strong business acumen and consultative approach with hiring managers.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
High attention to detail and organizational skills
 

Qualifications

Education and Experience:


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2+ years in clinical research, life sciences, healthcare, or related regulated industries.
