Overview

Job Summary:

The Site Strategy Partner is a key contributor to Velocity’s Commercial Operations and Insights team, combining operational support with data-driven insights to strengthen the execution of our business development strategy. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy of our commercial pipeline, deliver meaningful insights to guide decision-making, and coordinate critical communications between Account Executives, sites, and clients.

 

This position plays an essential part in creating a seamless, high-quality commercial experience—supporting opportunity management, site selection processes, feasibility coordination, and client-facing preparation. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, analytically minded, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where accuracy, communication, and collaboration directly influence our success.

Responsibilities

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Pipeline Governance and CRM Ownership

o Maintain end-to-end accuracy and hygiene of the commercial pipeline, including status updates, missing trial-initiation dates, and opportunity completeness

o Update CRM after AE calls, including trial information, opportunity changes, and site-specific updates

o Add new opportunities into Devana based on feasibility assessments or trial notifications

o Monitor active opportunities for progress, delays, or additional site needs

o Validate historical and experiential performance data to inform pipeline decisions

o Regular check-ins with Clients and/or AEs on pipeline statuses and opportunity validation

· Data and Insights

o Leverage historical performance, site profiles, and experiential data to support AE recommendations and client discussions

o Interpret patterns and build insights that inform site selection

o Translate data insights into guidance to support account strategy

· Site Selection and Feasibility Support

oReview incoming feasibility outputs to identify which sites should be engaged for opportunities based on key factors such as historic experience, site profiles, enrollment capabilities, and known operational strengths

o Strategic creation and submission (in partnership with AE) of final site list

o Track, chase, and escalate feasibility discussions when required

Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Experience working with CRM systems to manage data and support reporting and analysis

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced environment

 

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered

· Minimum of three (3) years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, feasibility analysis, or a related role
