Product Analyst Intern

This position is responsible for supporting Product Managers in managing end-to-end product lifecycle activities by leveraging data, user insights, and Generative AI tools. The Product Analyst Intern will assist in analyzing product performance, gathering requirements, and enabling AI-driven enhancements to improve user experience, adoption, and overall product outcomes.

Duties/Responsibilities:
•Support Product Managers in day-to-day product lifecycle activities from ideation to release and iteration
•Analyze product metrics such as adoption, engagement, and retention to generate actionable insights
•Assist in gathering, documenting, and refining product requirements and user stories
•Leverage Generative AI tools and copilots to synthesize user feedback, create documentation, and accelerate workflows
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, business) to support feature development and releases
•Build dashboards and reports to track product performance and KPIs
•Support user research, feedback analysis, and feature validation
•Assist in experimentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking of new features
•Document product processes, insights, and AI-driven use cases
•Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:
•Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
•Proficiency in Excel; basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools is a plus
•Understanding of product thinking and user-centric approach
•Familiarity with Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilots, etc.)
•Ability to translate business and user needs into structured insights
•Strong communication and collaboration skills
•Interest in AI-driven product development and automation

Education and Experience:
•Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Product Management, Data Analytics, Business, or related field
•Exposure to product, analytics, or internship experience is preferred
•Familiarity with tools like Power BI, JIRA, or similar platforms is an added advantage
•Experience using AI tools for productivity, analysis, or automation is a plus.
